Role: Senior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor civil, structural, finishing, and other site-related works.
- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of activities to avoid delays.
- Check measurements, quantities, material usage, and workmanship at site.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Team & Contractor Management

- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, skilled workers, and contractors.
- Allocate work and monitor daily productivity and manpower deployment.
- Coordinate with contractors and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

- Ensure construction work meets required quality standards and approved specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify defects or deviations.
- Ensure adherence to safety practices and site safety requirements.




- Maintain proper site records, measurements, checklists, and progress documentation.

Planning & Reporting

- Monitor project progress against planned timelines and highlight delays or constraints.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Track material requirements and coordinate with stores/procurement for timely availability.
- Support estimation, quantity verification, and material reconciliation where required.
- Maintain records of drawings, instructions, measurements, and site-related documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Min 6–7 years of relevant experience in residential construction/site execution.
- Experience handling villas, bungalows, luxury residential projects, or similar construction projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, finishing works, drawings, measurements, and site execution.
- Good contractor and manpower management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
