Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Site Engineer to oversee civil construction projects in Kerala. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing on-site execution, coordinating with teams, handling vendors, ensuring quality, safety compliance, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Team Management:

Lead and coordinate with junior engineers, supervisors, contractors, and laborers to maintain productivity and work quality.
- Quality Control:

Ensure that construction materials and workmanship comply with required standards, codes, and specifications.
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination:

Liaise with subcontractors, material suppliers, and machinery vendors for timely delivery and execution.
- Site Reporting:

Maintain daily progress reports, labor records, site photographs, and work logs for internal and client reporting.
- Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety standards on site and ensure all work is performed safely according to statutory regulations.
- Technical Review:

Interpret structural and architectural drawings and identify discrepancies, if any,



in consultation with the project team.
- Material Management:

Manage inventory of site materials, request stock as needed, and prevent misuse or wastage.
- Client Coordination:

Assist project managers in conducting site meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities when required. ⸻

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 5+ years of site engineering experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of Kerala PWD norms, construction bye-laws, and local site challenges.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (preferred).
