SENIOR SHIFT INCHARGE – PRODUCTION

Location: Kochi

Experience: 4 years’ relevant experience in food manufacturing/production

Salary: ₹45,000/month

Requirements

Experience in shift & manpower management

Knowledge of Food Safety, Quality Systems & SAP

Spray dryer / food processing experience is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Manage shift-wise production and achieve targets
- Handle manpower, machines, raw materials & resources
- Monitor production, downtime and material usage
- Ensure quality, food safety, hygiene & safety standards
- Supervise operators and technicians
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality & other departments
- Maintain SAP entries, production records & shift reports
- Ensure compliance with FSMS and quality systems
