About the role

York IE® is a vertically integrated strategic growth and investment firm. In this role, you will lead the core GTM systems transformation for a major US healthcare provider, on whose behalf York IE is hiring. The primary objective is to harmonize a complex 7-org merger substrate into a single, high-performing system of record.

You will own the programmatic architecture, technical design, data governance, and native Salesforce AI engineering practices required to build a compliant and scalable Salesforce foundation.

Core Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership

• Hands-on delivery: lead programmatic development across Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flow, enforcing strict code quality benchmarks (≥85% test coverage).
1. Architecture & Integration

• System design: translate business and GTM roadmaps into scalable technical designs, governing REST/SOAP APIs and integrations with 5 external enterprise platforms.
1. DevOps & Release Management





• Pipeline ownership: manage CI/CD deployment pipelines using Salesforce DX alongside Copado, Gearset, or Git-based source control tools.
1. Salesforce Native AI (Agentforce)

• Agent engineering: design, build, and deploy autonomous Salesforce Agentforce agents to automate CRM-facing commercial workflows, onboarding tasks, and support queues.
1. Einstein Prompt Engineering

• Agent configuration: configure agent topics, actions, and guardrails within Agentforce using Einstein Prompt Builder to ensure secure, grounded, and accurate CRM data grounding.
1. Apex-Agent Integration

• Custom actions: integrate Agentforce agents directly with core standard and custom Salesforce objects via custom Apex actions, enabling agents to run bulkification-safe workflow triggers.
1. Automation Consolidation

• Legacy migration: decommission legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builders, migrating core logic into a unified, bulkification-safe Salesforce Flow architecture.

Required Qualifications

Experience

- 6+ years of core Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL) plus a minimum of 2 years acting in a Technical Lead or Architectural capacity.

Domain Knowledge

- 3+ years supporting B2B GTM systems, RevOps, or enterprise CRM consolidation projects.

Platform Expertise

- Deep alignment with Sales Cloud,



Service Cloud, and data schema management. Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or Healthcare Cloud architectures is highly valued.

Compliance Mindset

- Strong understanding of data security, permission boundaries, and compliance regulations

(GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA).

Salesforce Certifications

- Required Preferred / Bonus

- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
