Key Responsibilities

- Regular coverage of identified healthcare professionals
- Promote Urology brands through product detailing & brand activation
- Ensure product availability at chemists & micro-stockists
- Generate current prescriptions and improve product penetration
- Achieve daily POB targets
- Maintain daily reports & customer database

Graduate – Mandatory

Experience : Minimum 1 year of team management experience preferred

Team Size: 6+ Sales Officers

Key Responsibilities

- Lead & manage the field sales team
- Conduct field coaching & joint fieldwork
- Achieve individual & team sales targets
- Analyse market opportunities & expansion areas
- Track daily, weekly & monthly KPIs
- Conduct performance reviews & action planning
- Identify low-performing territories & take corrective action
- Coordinate with RBM, Marketing, HR & Agency Partner
