Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our Titan Eye+ store. The role involves assisting customers in selecting the right eyewear, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vision, eyewear, and style requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories based on their needs and budget.
- Explain product features, lens options, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the optometrist to ensure a smooth customer journey from eye testing to eyewear selection.
- Manage billing, order booking, delivery coordination, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain proper display and visual merchandising of products.
- Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and maintaining product availability.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Ensure the store is clean, organised,



and maintained as per Titan Eye+ standards.

Qualifications & Skills

- 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in optical, fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, or premium retail.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales orientation and ability to work towards targets.
- Positive interpersonal skills with a pleasant and professional personality.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge.
- Well-groomed, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays as required.

Freshers with strong communication and customer-service skills may also be considered. Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
