- Handle customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

- Explain product features, designs, pricing, offers, and schemes.

- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

- Handle customer negotiations and close sales effectively.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

- Support and guide junior sales executives in daily sales activities.

- Follow up with customers for enquiries, bookings, and pending sales.

- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and sales.

- Coordinate with billing, inventory, and management teams for smooth transactions.

- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

- Ensure proper display and secure handling of jewellery products.

- Prepare daily sales reports and share them with the management.

- Assist the Store Manager in achieving overall showroom targets.

- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain showroom standards.
