- Role: Senior Sales / Business Development Specialist
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (Mandatory in Sales / Financial Services / Wealth Management)
- Annual Compensation (CTC): ₹7.20 LPA – ₹12.00 LPA (Fixed Salary + Conditional Performance-Linked Incentives)
- Location: Agartala / Field Sales / Hybrid
- Position Status: LIMITED SEAT AVAILABLE (Urgent Hiring / Immediate Joiners Prefer).

Candidate Requirements:

- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) required. A Master’s Degree or MBA in - Finance/Marketing is a strong plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven hands-on sales experience with a track record of consistently meeting revenue targets.
- Domain Focus: Prior experience in Financial Services, Loans, Banking, Mutual Funds, Insurance, or High-Ticket B2B/B2C sales.
- Key Skills: Consultative selling, strong negotiation, relationship management, and excellent verbal communication.
- Attributes: Self-driven, resilient, and ready to thrive in a fast-moving financial sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect, pitch, and acquire prospective High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) and corporate clients.
- Promote investment products, SIP solutions, and financial advisory services tailored to client needs.
- Build and retain long-term business relationships while consistently achieving monthly acquisition targets.





Our Rigorous 4-Stage Screening Process: We hold high standards for candidate selection. Shortlisted applicants will undergo a strict multi-round evaluation: Stage 1: Profile & Achievement Audit– Screening of past sales records, tenure, and resume credentials.

Stage 2: Telephonic/Video Screening– Initial evaluation of sales communication, pitch clarity, and Core domain awareness.

Stage 3: Business & Roleplay Round – Practical sales pitch simulation, objection-handling test, and financial product assessment.

Stage 4: Culture & Leadership Interview – Final interaction with senior executives to evaluate strategic fit and final offer terms.
