- Handle and respond to leads from calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, and other platforms.
- Understand client requirements, event details, budget, and expectations.
- Explain packages, services, pricing, portfolio, and offers to potential clients.
- Prepare and share quotations and follow up with clients regularly.
- Schedule and conduct client calls, meetings, and office visits.
- Negotiate professionally and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain and update all lead, quotation, follow-up, and payment details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations and creative teams to ensure smooth client handover after booking.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
