Ascentia Forge is a Delhi NCR-based software studio. We build custom ERP, CRM, HRMS, POS, and accounting systems, business websites and e-commerce stores, AI-powered customer chatbots, and healthcare/clinical record systems, all built and supported in-house, with clients owning their source code.

About the Role

We're looking for a self-driven freelance Sales Executive to work and close cold leads. We provide the leads, your job is to reach out, pitch, follow up, and close the deal.

What You'll Do

- Work through a list of cold leads provided by us.
- Pitch Ascentia Forge's services based on the prospect's business (website, ERP, CRM, HRMS, POS, chatbot, etc.)
- Qualify the lead, handle objections, and build enough trust to get a meeting/call booked
- Run discovery calls, share proposals and quotes, negotiate, and close
- Maintain basic follow-up hygiene, track every lead's status.
- Hand off closed deals cleanly to our delivery team

Compensation Structure

- No fixed salary, this is a pure commission/profit-sharing role.




- You earn a percentage of revenue on every deal you personally close.
- Payout made once the client payment is received by Ascentia Forge.

Who We're Looking For

- Proven experience in cold calling / outbound B2B sales, this role lives or dies on your ability to convert a cold list
- Thick skin, high call volume tolerance, and strong follow-up discipline
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with business owners/decision-makers
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Basic understanding of software/tech services is a plus (we'll help you ramp up)
