As part of our expanding business, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive – Sales to drive business growth across multiple business verticals by identifying new opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and achieving sales targets across North East India.

Role Overview The Senior Executive – Sales will be responsible for generating new business, managing the complete sales cycle, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting the company's products and services across assigned business verticals. The role requires extensive field engagement, relationship building, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful business acquisition and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Expansion

- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Promote the company's products and solutions to prospective clients across assigned territories.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers, and ensure timely follow-up for order conversion.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.





Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, delivery, and customer onboarding.
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, seminars, networking events, and promotional activities.

Market Development & Reporting

- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, customer interactions, and MIS reports.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Institutional Sales, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in field sales and client relationship management will be an added advantage.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM software, and digital reporting tools.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Knowledge of at least one local North East Indian language (mandatory).

Willingness to travel extensively across all North East Indian states for business development, customer meetings, and field operations Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
