Job Location: Remote/WFH

Position Overview : This position is required to make outbound calls, respond to inquiries, share tailored proposals, handle queries, meet/exceeds sales targets, maintain CRM and ensure top guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to leads generated through all platforms
- Respond to inbound calls
- Adhere to response time targets (TAT) for calls
- Share and follow up on tailored proposals
- Provide accurate information on hotel services, packages, and offers




- Handle guest queries with a focus on high customer satisfaction
- Meet/exceed defined sales targets
- Maintain CRM/MIS to track lead status and details
- Provide post-sale support for guests
- Collaborate with departments for seamless customer experience
- maximising sales revenue
- Ensure top guest reviews and satisfaction

Educational Qualification : Degree/ Diploma in any Sales & Marketing

Experience In Years: 2 to 5 years

Industry Experience : Hospitality Industry

Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi

Skills & Personal Attributes:

- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong negotiations/ closing skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or a similar role in a Hotel Sales role in a 3/4/5 star chain property

Starting Pay (Monthly): Rs. 26,000
