Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer ( Sensors & Machine Vision )

Job Purpose To drive revenue growth within the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing key customer relationships, and delivering technical solutions. The Sales Engineer will guide clients through the entire sales lifecycle from initial technical consultations and demonstrations to commercial negotiation and post-sales coordination.

Major Accountabilities

- Sales Growth & Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Business Development: Identify and prospect current clients while expanding opportunities with existing accounts.
- Technical Solution Delivery: Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to understand customer needs and recommend tailored technical solutions.
- Proposals & Negotiations: Prepare techno-commercial quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales orders.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Partner with Application Engineering, Production, Logistics,



and Finance to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to keep the business competitive.
- Sales Operations & CRM: Maintain accurate records, pipeline forecasts, and account details in the CRM system; prepare regular sales reports for leadership.
- Relationship Management & Receivables: Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, assist in resolving customer issues, and ensure timely payment collections.

Candidate Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3 - 6 years of experience in technical sales, industrial automation, or technical products.
- Technical & Tool Competency: Strong understanding of industrial control systems/products; proficiency in CRM platform (Salesforce), and MS Office Suite.
