PERICENT® is expanding its Enterprise Business & Sales team and looking for a driven Enterprise Software Sales Executive / Business Development Manager who can build meaningful conversations with enterprise decision-makers and convert opportunities into business.

? Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

? Experience: 2–6 Years

? CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹8 LPA + Performance Incentives

? Work Mode: Work from Office

? Working Days: Monday–Saturday | 2nd & 4th Saturday Off

? What You’ll Be SellingOur enterprise technology solutions:

- docEdge® – Enterprise Document Management System (DMS)
- bpmEdge® – Business Process Management (BPM) Platform
- Integrated Document + Workflow + Process Automation solutions

? Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop enterprise-level business opportunities
- Prospect and engage with CXO / IT / Operations / Compliance decision-makers
- Conduct discovery calls and understand business-process challenges
- Generate qualified leads and manage the complete sales cycle
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Product teams for solution demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, commercial discussions and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate sales activities and opportunities in CRM




- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

? Who We’re Looking For✔ Experience in B2B / Enterprise Software Sales

✔ Exposure to SaaS, DMS, BPM, ERP, CRM, Workflow or IT Solutions is an advantage

✔ Strong communication and presentation skills

✔ Ability to speak confidently with senior decision-maker

✔ Consultative selling and solution-oriented approach

✔ Strong follow-up, negotiation and closing skills

✔ Target-driven with a solid ownership mindset
