Role Description The Senior Sales Consultant will drive sales growth for PureAyre in the Delhi & NCR area through establishing distribution network & by building sales team. This contract role includes training and motivation of the sales team to achieve higher revenue. The consultant will maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners, monitor customer feedback, and support initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and brand visibility.

This is a hybrid position, requiring regular on-site meetings and field visits in the Delhi & NCR Area, with some work-from-home flexibility for planning, reporting, and virtual client communication.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on sales strategies, promotional activities, and market insights.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting skills, including solution-based selling, opportunity identification, and closing techniques.

Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to responsive support and relationship building.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presenting, negotiating, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Candidates should possess Consulting capabilities to understand client needs, recommend appropriate PureAyre solutions, and provide ongoing guidance.

Relevant experience of 10+ years in FMCG, home care, or consumer products sales, ideally in the Delhi & NCR Area.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.

Robust organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.

Bachelor’s/ Master‘s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

In addition to the monthly pay out, deserving candidates shall also be paid certain percentage on revenue generated by him.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
