We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant – B2B to drive business development and revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting corporate clients across multiple service verticals.

The role involves selling a diverse portfolio of Visual Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Designing, Printing, Technology Applications, and HR Services to businesses across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent B2B business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, cold calling, meetings, and other business development channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions from the company's service portfolio.
- Drive sales of:

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product/service demonstrations,



and commercial discussions.
- Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, and presentations with the relevant internal teams.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → requirement analysis → proposal → negotiation → closure → client handover.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-up on all prospects and opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across different service verticals.
- Coordinate with Operations, Design, Digital Marketing, Technology, HR, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed projects.
- Monitor client satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM/sales records and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential new business opportunities.
