Job OverviewAs a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional shopping experiences for our walk-in customers. From understanding eyewear needs and guiding them through free eye check-ups to closing sales, you will directly impact our store’s growth and success.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience: Greet and guide customers, handle queries professionally, and build long-term relationships to drive high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).Sales Excellence: Deeply understand the product catalog (frames, lenses, sunglasses), handle customer conversions,



and consistently meet individual and store sales targets.Store Operations: Follow store SOPs, manage stocktakes, maintain premium display standards, and assist in daily operations to ensure a seamless retail journey.Eligibility CriteriaQualification: Graduation Degree is mandatory.Experience: Minimum 2 years of strong, relevant experience (Prior experience in Retail, Premium Retail, BFSI, or consumer-facing sales is highly preferred).Skills: Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
