The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving in-store and personal sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, and ensuring high conversion through strong product knowledge and relationship management. The role requires ownership of store-level sales targets, client engagement, team support, and maintaining brand standards aligned.

Key Responsibilities

Drive individual and store sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Deliver a premium and personalized customer experience aligned with brand values

Understand customer preferences and be an active listener

Ensure high conversion rates through effective selling techniques

Handle high-value customers with professionalism and discretion

Build long-term relationships with repeat and potential clients

Maintain in-depth knowledge of all jewellery categories, designs, and collections

Educate customers on silver purity, stones, pricing, and craftsmanship

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize billing value

Ensure accurate communication of product details and pricing

Ensure store display is maintained as per brand guidelines and support visual merchandising to enhance product visibility and appeal





Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards

Ensure proper handling and care of jewellery pieces

Maintain a database accurately on daily basis

Follow up with clients for new collections, events, and special occasions

Track customer preferences and buying patterns

Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales service efficiently

Ensure accurate billing and transactions through POS systems

Maintain proper inventory with stock counts, audits, and reconciliations

Guide and support junior sales staff on sales techniques and product knowledge

Assist in training new team members

Ensure smooth coordination within the store team Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of jewellery retail and customer handling

Adequate communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset

Knowledge of silver jewellery, pricing, craftsmanship and price calculation

Hands-on experience with POS systems
