Role & responsibilities

- Industrial Electronics Repair Diagnose and repair industrial electronic equipment including AC drives, DC drives, servo drives, VFDs, HMI, PLC modules, SMPS, power supplies, and industrial PCBs.

- Fault Diagnosis & Troubleshooting Perform systematic fault finding at component and circuit level using technical knowledge, schematics, datasheets, and testing equipment.

- Chip-Level Repair Carry out component-level and chip-level repairs, including replacement of IGBTs, MOSFETs, ICs, relays, capacitors, resistors, drivers, and other electronic components.

- Testing & Quality Inspection Conduct complete functional testing of repaired equipment using appropriate test setups before dispatching it to customers.

- Drive & Automation Expertise Handle repair and troubleshooting of AC/DC/servo drives, PLC modules, HMIs, control cards,



power cards, and related automation electronics from major brands.

- Team Supervision & Guidance Guide junior repair engineers and technicians in troubleshooting, repair techniques, testing procedures, and secure handling of electronic equipment.

- R&D; and Problem Solving Develop repair solutions for difficult or recurring faults and assist in improving repair methods, testing procedures, and workshop capabilities.

- Customer & Internal Technical Support Provide technical assistance to the sales and service teams regarding repair feasibility, technical issues, product condition, and expected repair timelines.
