Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit formalities.
- Lead and mentor the HR team while ensuring efficient delivery of HR services.
- Handle client communication, understand client requirements, and provide timely HR solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement programs.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and business needs.
- Oversee recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiations.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate appraisal and promotion processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
- Support training, career development, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Represent the organization professionally during client meetings, audits, and business discussions.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR.
- Proven experience in client handling, stakeholder management, or HR consulting.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Experience managing and mentoring HR team members.
- Knowledge of employment laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRMS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
