Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter / HR professional to lead and manage our caregiver recruitment team supporting our U.S.-based home care operations. The person will oversee day-to-day recruiting activities, ensure hiring targets are met, liaise with US management, and maintain a smooth and timely recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the recruitment team handling caregiver hiring.
- Set daily/weekly recruitment targets and monitor team performance.
- Oversee job postings, applicant calls, screening, follow-ups, and candidate coordination.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of required caregiver paperwork.
- Coordinate caregiver orientation and ensure candidates progress through each stage of hiring.
- Track recruitment pipelines and identify delays,



drop-offs, and areas for improvement.
- Train, coach, and support recruiters to improve productivity and quality.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports to management.
- Ensure recruitment processes follow company standards and client requirements.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition, preferably managing a recruiting team for a US company.
- Excellent English fluency (mandatory), organizational, and people-management skills.
- Experience with high-volume recruitment and candidate follow-up.
- Ability to work with U.S.-based clients/candidates and accommodate U.S. business hours.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to meet recruitment targets.

Location: DarulShifa / Noor Khan Bazaar Office. Nearby transport may be provided.
