Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil) – High-Rise Residential Apartments

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil) with strong experience in High-Rise Residential Apartment Construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Handle Client RA Bills and Subcontractor Bills.
- Conduct measurements and coordinate with Site Engineers.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, material, labour and subcontractor costs.
- Manage variations, claims, extras and contractual changes.
- Prepare MIS, cost and billing reports.
- Maintain commercial data and project updates in ERP systems.
- Coordinate with Project Managers,



Planning, Site, Procurement and Finance teams.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Civil Construction / Real Estate.
- High-Rise Residential Apartment experience is MANDATORY.
- Robust experience in Quantity Surveying, BOQ, Client Billing & Subcontractor Billing.
- Good knowledge of Cost Control and Contract Management.
- ERP experience is mandatory.
- Strong MS Excel skills; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
- Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
