Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, conducting initial interviews, offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Work closely with department managers to understand role requirements and shape hiring strategy.
- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct structured candidate interviews to assess suitability, expectations and availability.
- Handle hiring across both IT and Non-IT roles, spanning multiple departments.
- Manage salary and offer discussions within approved ranges and support successful offer closure.
- Ensure timely candidate follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in the ATS.
- Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates to the relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Support other recruitment and related organisational tasks when required.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant recruitment experience. Proven track record in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidate suitability.
- Ability to understand technical role requirements and evaluate the relevance of a candidate’s experience.
- Strong working knowledge of sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.




- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms.
- Strong ownership, organisation, attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Flexibility to take on related responsibilities based on organisational requirements.
- Willingness to follow a hybrid work model with 10 mandatory office days per month.
