3M Mediaworks is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior PR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of media relations, strategic communications, and content development, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

This role requires someone who can independently manage media outreach, build robust journalist relationships, develop compelling content, and contribute to impactful PR campaigns across industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Be well-versed in media relations. (MOST IMPORTANT)
- Develop and execute PR strategies and media outreach plans for clients
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media professionals
- Draft press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, thought leadership pieces, and other PR content
- Coordinate interviews, media interactions, and press opportunities for clients
- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular PR reports
- Identify relevant media opportunities, trends, and story angles
- Support campaign planning, ideation, and client servicing activities




- Ensure timely follow-ups with media and maintain strong communication with clients

Requirements

- Graduate in Mass Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Public Relations
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience in PR, media outreach, and content writing
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Good understanding of the media landscape and current trends
- Prior agency experience will be preferred

Salary & Incentives
