About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Project Manager to manage end-to-end delivery of mid-sized technology projects at Gray Matrix. You’ll coordinate between clients, internal teams, and leadership to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage the execution of software development projects from initiation to deployment.
- Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and review meetings.
- Track progress using tools like JIRA or ClickUp; maintain project trackers and dashboards.




- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients — ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and status reporting.
- Identify risks, escalate blockers, and collaborate with leads to resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain scope documentation, timelines, billing trackers, and post-launch checklists.

What We’re Looking For

- 4–6 years of project coordination or management experience in software development or digital delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint lifecycle.
- Positive communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across business and tech functions.
- Proficiency in Excel, JIRA, Trello, or any other PM tools.
- Hands-on experience managing 2–3 projects simultaneously.

Bonus Points

- Experience with SaaS, mobile app, or multi-module system delivery.

Certification in Agile, Scrum, or PMP.
