SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
- Head of the project department to manage sites through Engineers, Designers, Project Coordinators and Clients.
- Structural, Civil, Interior, MEP related construction and interior works related of residential and commerical.3. Vendor(Suppliers and Contractors) arrangement, negotiation and management.Residential / Commercial - construction and interior industry experience for 15 years plus experience is must
- Must have experience in Studio Team Management - Drawing request to Studio - Ontime & Request Register update through SIC
- Must have experience in Project P & L management as per Budget and release on incentives, Team Management / Evaluation..
