Experience: 10+ Years | Civil Construction

1. Lead multiple construction sites and supervise Site Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams.

2. Plan project execution based on approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, contractual scope, and management targets.

3. Prepare weekly/monthly work schedules, resource plans, material requirements, and milestone tracking.

4. Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP, finishing, and external development works for smooth project execution.

5. Verify site measurements, quantities, levels, dimensions, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, finishing, and technical compliance.

6. Monitor quality, productivity, cost, material consumption, wastage, manpower deployment, and subcontractor performance.

7. Conduct regular site reviews and identify delays, technical issues, material shortages, variations,



and execution risks at an early stage.

8. Maintain accurate DPRs, measurements, site records, inspection reports, progress reports, material records, and supporting documentation.

9. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments for approvals and timely decisions.

10. Take complete ownership of project delivery from execution through testing, snag rectification, handover, documentation, and final completion.
