? Hiring: Senior Product Manager – Insurance with India's leading Fintech Firm !!!

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Product Manager to drive the strategy, development and growth of insurance products across their complete lifecycle — from identifying customer needs and designing propositions to launch, optimisation and portfolio management.

? Industry: Insurance / BFSI / Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

- Define product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with customer and business objectives
- Identify customer needs, market opportunities and emerging insurance trends
- Develop differentiated insurance propositions, features, pricing structures and customer journeys
- Own products end-to-end from concept, development and launch through optimisation and retirement
- Partner with underwriting, actuarial, technology, operations, claims, compliance and distribution teams
- Define product requirements, prioritise backlogs and drive delivery in an agile environment
- Improve customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, servicing, renewal and claims
- Use customer insights, analytics and experimentation to improve conversion, retention and engagement
- Track product KPIs, revenue, growth, profitability and overall portfolio performance
- Explore AI, automation, personalisation and digital channels to enhance insurance journeys
- Evaluate new distribution channels, partnerships, APIs,



ecosystems and embedded insurance opportunities
- Ensure strong product governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and customer protection
- Lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders to deliver product and business outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 8–12 years of relevant experience in Insurance, BFSI, Financial Services, Digital Products or Product Management

✅ Strong understanding of insurance products, customer journeys and insurance economics

✅ Proven experience in product development and end-to-end product lifecycle management

✅ Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills

✅ Experience working with technology and cross-functional teams in an agile setup

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Ability to convert customer and business problems into explicit product strategies and requirements

Preferred:

- Experience in Health, Life, Motor, General, Commercial or Embedded Insurance
- Exposure to digital insurance products and platforms
- Experience with APIs, partnerships, ecosystems or embedded distribution
- MBA or equivalent qualification is desirable
