Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from business idea and requirements to development, launch, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Own product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and releases.
- Understand business requirements, user needs, and market opportunities.
- Translate requirements into features, user journeys, workflows, and user stories.
- Work closely with UI/UX, Figma, Development, QA, and Business teams.
- Drive product development from concept development UAT production launch.
- Define MVP scope, priorities, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
- Work with technical teams on APIs, integrations, databases, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor product adoption, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
- Identify gaps, resolve dependencies, and ensure timely product delivery.

Required Skills





- 810 years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership / Business Analysis.
- Proven experience taking a digital product from concept to production.
- Strong expertise in Product Strategy, Roadmapping, Backlog Management & SDLC.
- Solid requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, User Stories, UAT & Acceptance Criteria.
- Good understanding of UI/UX, Figma, APIs, integrations, and web/mobile applications.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ownership and ability to independently drive product outcomes.

Preferred Experience in SaaS, CRM, PropTech/Real Estate Tech, workflow platforms, customer-facing applications, or API/third-party integrations will be an advantage.
