B2B SaaS Series A Startup [$25M, 70 people] hiring 3rd Designer, reports to Head of Design.

Location: Bengaluru ONLY - Hybrid 3 Days [Remote now, office from Dec]

Exp: 5-8 Years | Package: Good | Background: B2B SaaS Startups ONLY - No MNC/Agency

What you’ll do:

- Design + Build UI in same motion - Prototype AI-native interactions directly in CODE
- Own interactions, streaming/loading states, micro-interactions & entire Design System [components + patterns + code]
- Work inside Pod [PM + Eng Lead + You] - Concept to Shipped, directly in prod codebase
- Set guardrails for AI-generated code to be production-ready

MANDATORY - Don't apply without this:

- 2+ years in Product Design - dense B2B interfaces [tables/forms/permissions/multi-role flows]
- Frontend:



React / HTML / CSS / GitHub - ship prod-ready code independently
- Portfolio: MUST share GitHub + REAL product prototype you designed & coded E2E.

REJECTED: Figma/Behance/Dribbble-only, landing pages, dummy projects

- B2B SaaS / early-stage startup where design & eng were not separate
- NOT eligible: Engineer/Developer/PM titled profiles, MNCs [1000+], IT Services/Agencies
- Excellent English - US stakeholders
