WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PCB ENGINEER.

At Swarnakaar Enterprises, we are building an engineering team capable of taking complex electronic products from concept to working hardware.

We’re looking for an exceptionally strong PCB Design Engineer with 5+ years of responsible hands-on experience.

If your experience is only:

❌ Routing someone else's schematic

❌ Running DRC

❌ Generating Gerbers

❌ Following predefined design rules

This role is not for you.

We want someone who understands:

- Multilayer & high-density PCB architecture
- Stack-up & controlled impedance
- High-speed / differential-pair routing
- Signal & power integrity
- High-current & power electronics layouts
- Analog / digital / mixed-signal design
- Grounding, return paths & decoupling
- EMI/EMC design & troubleshooting
- Thermal considerations
- DFM / DFA / DFT
- SMT & PCB fabrication
- Component libraries & footprint verification
- Gerbers, NC Drill, BOM & P&P;
- Prototype bring-up & hardware debugging





Altium / OrCAD / Allegro / KiCad — the tool matters less than what you can actually engineer with it.

The standard

Give us a schematic, mechanical constraints and electrical requirements.

Can you independently turn it into a reliable, manufacturable PCB — and defend every major design decision?

If yes, we want to meet you.

We particularly value engineers who have personally taken boards through fabrication, assembly, bring-up, debugging and multiple design iterations.
