Role & responsibilities

Presales &

• Solutioning . Engage with customers to understand business requirements, pain points, and technical landscapes. o Design and propose end-to-end solutions across Network Infrastructure, Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure and Managed Services. o Conduct requirement gathering, solution workshops, and technical presentations/demos. o Create solution architectures, BOMs, sizing, and high-level designs (HLDs &

- LLDs). Respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs with competitive and compliant technical solutions. Proposal &
- Documentation o Prepare detailed technical proposals, SOWs, compliance matrices, presentations, and BoQ that aligns with customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial viability Collaboration &
- Stakeholder Management o Work closely with sales, delivery, product, and practice teams to build compelling solutions.



o Engage with OEMs/partners for solution validation, pricing, and technical support. o Participate in customer meetings, PoCs, product demos, and technology discussions.

• Enablement o Keep updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and OEM product updates. o Mentor and guide junior presales engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Experience • Bachelors degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA. • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and security roles. Prior experience as Solution Architect / Presales role preferred. • Relevant certifications (preferred): OEM certifications in security, storage, or compute technologies.
