Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop project schedules using Primavera, MS Project, P6, and other relevant tools.
- Create detailed project plans, including resource allocation and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Conduct regular progress tracking and reporting to stakeholders.
- Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Develop baseline, detailed execution, and recovery schedules.
- Track project progress, identify delays, and prepare variance reports.
- Coordinate with Project, Execution, Billing, Procurement, and Subcontractor teams.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and activity-wise progress against the plan.
- Assist in delay analysis, EOT documentation, and corrective action planning.
