Job Summary:

Abhipsa Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior P&B; Engineer Planning & Billing to manage and coordinate project planning, physical progress monitoring, quantity tracking, billing, project documentation and management reporting.

The position will be responsible for ensuring that physical progress and financial progress remain properly aligned, with accurate and timely planning, measurement, billing and project-control documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, update and monitor project schedules, micro schedules and work plans.
- Monitor actual physical progress against planned/baseline schedules.
- Coordinate with Site Execution teams to collect and validate daily/weekly/monthly progress data.
- Maintain quantity records, measurements, MBs and RA Bill supporting documents.
- Coordinate preparation and submission of Client RA Bills and supporting documents.
- Review and coordinate Subcontractor Bills and quantity reconciliation.
- Track BOQ quantities, executed quantities, balance quantities and variations.
- Prepare WPR, MPR, MIS, progress reports, dashboards and management review reports.
- Monitor project milestones, critical activities and schedule deviations.
- Prepare and maintain hindrance records, delay analysis, EOT supporting documents and deviation statements.
- Support claims-related documentation and project correspondence.
- Coordinate with Project Execution, Estimation, Procurement, Accounts, QA/QC,



Safety and Management.
- Monitor billing status, certification status, outstanding bills and project cash-flow-related data.
- Ensure planning and billing records are accurate, timely, traceable and audit-ready.
- Support management in reviewing project health through progress, quantities, billing, delays and commercial data.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Project Planning & Billing.
- Hands-on experience in EPC / Highway / HAM / Infrastructure projects.
- Good working knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project / MS Excel.
- Knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, Measurement, Quantity Reconciliation and Rate Analysis.
- Experience in MPR/WPR, MIS and progress reporting.
- Knowledge of EOT, delay analysis, hindrance records, deviations and claims documentation.
- Positive coordination skills with site and Head Office teams.
- Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work with large project data and meet billing/reporting deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with 5-8 years of relevant experience in Planning & Billing, preferably from Highway, EPC or HAM projects, will be preferred.

Experience with NHAI / MoRTH projects, client billing, subcontractor billing and Primavera P6 will be an added advantage.
