BigBoost AI is hiring an experienced Senior Performance Marketing professional with 5+ years of strong agency experience to own and scale performance-driven campaigns for our B2C and E-commerce clients.

This is a senior, hands-on and client-facing role suited only for professionals who have independently handled performance marketing accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.

Location: Chennai | Work From Office

Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST | Monday–Friday

What you’ll work on

- Own strategy, execution, optimisation and growth across Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Manage and scale B2C, E-commerce and D2C accounts
- Work across Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Conversion campaigns
- Analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities
- Build performance decks, insights and client-ready recommendations




- Independently manage client communication and account discussions
- Work closely with internal teams to drive campaign and business outcomes

What we’re looking for

- 3–4+ years of pure Performance Marketing experience, preferably from an agency
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Proven experience managing B2C / E-commerce / D2C clients
- Robust analytical, strategic and optimisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Confident handling client-facing responsibilities
- Prior experience managing US / UK clients will be an advantage
