About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who can independently own client accounts and drive measurable business results through paid media.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, understands the complete marketing funnel, and can connect campaign performance to qualified leads, pipeline and revenue.

You should be analytical, commercially aware, proactive, client-friendly and comfortable using AI and automation to improve campaign performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies based on client business objectives.
- Plan, launch, manage and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant paid media platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, pacing, targeting, bidding and performance.
- Optimize campaigns for quality leads, conversions, CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS and revenue.
- Conduct audience, keyword, competitor and market research.
- Develop creative testing strategies, including ad angles, hooks, messaging and formats.
- Analyze landing pages and conversion funnels and recommend CRO improvements.
- Set up and troubleshoot GA4, GTM, pixels, conversion tracking, UTMs and offline conversions.
- Work with CRM/sales teams to understand lead quality and optimize campaigns toward MQLs, SQLs and opportunities.
- Conduct structured A/B testing and maintain a clear testing roadmap.
- Identify performance gaps, growth opportunities and opportunities to scale campaigns profitably.
- Prepare reports that clearly explain what happened,



why it happened and what should be done next.
- Lead client calls, present performance and recommendations, and proactively communicate risks and opportunities.
- Work closely with creative, content, SEO and development teams.
- Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining quality, deadlines and prompt communication.

AI & Automation

- Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI tools for research, analysis, copy, creative ideation and reporting.
- Leverage AI and automation for campaign monitoring, reporting, optimization and repetitive workflows.
- Build efficient, repeatable workflows to improve marketing productivity.
- Critically evaluate AI-generated insights and apply independent marketing judgment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–6 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Hands-on experience with Quora, Reddit, Taboola, Outbrain or other native/discovery advertising platforms is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, remarketing, audience targeting and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets and scaling campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and attribution.
- Understanding of CRM,



lead-quality tracking and offline conversion measurement.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.

- Experience managing US or international clients.
- Strong B2B lead-generation or SaaS marketing experience.
- Experience optimizing campaigns based on SQLs, opportunities or revenue.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience with Looker Studio and automated reporting.
- Experience managing large monthly media budgets.
- Experience developing performance creative and testing frameworks.
- Strong interest in AI, automation and emerging marketing technologies.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior performance marketers.
