Position Summary The Senior Operations Manager will lead and oversee the companys day-to-day trading operations. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate trade execution, timely settlements, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and effective risk control.
The selected candidate will work closely with trading, finance, compliance, risk management, technology, brokers, exchanges, banks, and other external partners.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Set performance targets and responsibilities for the trading operations team.
- Review team productivity, accuracy, compliance, and service standards.
- Handle escalated operational and client-related matters.
- Promote accountability, confidentiality, and solid risk-management practices.
- Coordinate effectively across trading, finance, compliance, legal, and technology departments.
