About The Role

As an Operations Analyst on our growth team, you'll own the supply acquisition engine end to end: the outbound pipelines (email and LinkedIn) that bring top finance talent into our network. The role is equal parts execution and analysis. You'll run high-volume outreach operations day to day while owning the data, the performance and the continuous improvement of every pipeline you touch.

This is an operations and analytics role, not a marketing one. We're looking for someone who treats a process like a system: someone who can run it at volume without dropping a ball, see in the numbers exactly where it's breaking, diagnose the root cause, and fix it without being asked. Great fits often come from finance operations, supply chain, consulting, program management, revenue operations, data analytics or founder's-office roles.

This role is not for you if

- Your main lever for improving results has been changing copy, messaging or creative. The lever here is process, data quality and execution discipline.
- You want a pure analyst seat. A large part of the week is high-volume, hands-on execution.
- You need someone to define the problem before you can start. You'll be handed ambiguity and expected to bring back structure.

What You'll Do

- Own outcomes, not activity. You are accountable for the results of each acquisition pipeline: volume, quality, conversion and cost. If a number is off, it's yours to explain and yours to fix. Nobody will chase you for updates; you'll bring them to us.
- Run operations at scale, flawlessly. Execute high-volume daily outreach across email and LinkedIn with tight process discipline. Build the checklists,



trackers and controls that keep the operation running smoothly whether or not you're watching it.
- Find where the process is breaking. Continuously monitor the funnel, spot anomalies early (a drop in reply rates, a bad data source, a step silently leaking volume), get to the root cause and take corrective action. You'll be expected to catch problems before they show up in the monthly numbers.
- Bring structure to ambiguity. Take undefined, messy problems and break them into clear components, hypotheses and next steps. Turn chaotic execution into documented, repeatable playbooks that someone else could run.
- Live in the spreadsheet. Handle large, messy datasets in Excel/Google Sheets with speed and precision: cleaning, joining, deduplicating, building trackers and dashboards, automating the repetitive parts. Zero tolerance for manual error; accuracy at volume is non-negotiable.
- Turn data into decisions. Track and report pipeline performance, distil it into a few clear insights, and use them to improve list quality, sequencing and conversion week over week.
- Experiment and scale. Design and run structured tests on new sources, tools and process changes. Prove what works with numbers, kill what doesn't, and scale the winners.

What We're Looking For

- Extreme ownership. A track record of taking a problem or a process end to end, without hand-holding, and being the person others rely on to make sure it gets done and gets done right.
- A structured approach to problem solving. You instinctively break problems down, form hypotheses, prioritise, and work through them methodically. You can explain your reasoning clearly and simply.
- Excel / Google Sheets ninja.



Advanced formulas (INDEX-MATCH / XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, array formulas, QUERY), pivot tables, data cleaning at scale, dashboards, and ideally some automation (Apps Script, macros or similar). You're the person people come to when a sheet is broken.
- Highly analytical. Comfortable with numbers, funnels and rates, and able to distil a large dataset into a short, actionable answer.
- Operational judgment. You can run a process smoothly and, more importantly, notice when something is quietly going wrong and know what to do about it.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a bias for building systems that prevent errors rather than catching them afterwards.
- 3-6 years of experience in a highly analytical, operationally intense role. Domain doesn't matter; the way you think and work does.
- Good to have (not required): exposure to outreach or CRM tooling (e.g. Apollo, Instantly, Reply.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), basic SQL, or experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
