About Position:

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with strong expertise in building scalable enterprise applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, Kafka, MongoDB, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have a passion for modern software engineering practices, cloud-native development, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-performance applications, designing scalable backend services, implementing event-driven architectures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using ASP.NET Core and C#.
- Build and enhance Microservices-based applications using modern architectural principles.
- Design and implement event-driven solutions using Kafka.
- Develop and maintain applications utilizing MongoDB and NoSQL database technologies.
- Create and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services for enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in application architecture discussions and technical design activities.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and software quality.
- Implement coding standards, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.
- Support deployment, release management, and production implementation activities.




- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation initiatives.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Contribute to environment support, upgrades, and production stability initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend process improvements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in .NET application development and enterprise software engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise with ASP.NET Core and C#.
- Extensive experience designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.
- Strong experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL database technologies.
- Expertise in Microservices architecture and distributed systems development.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and integration services.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, object-oriented programming principles, and clean coding practices.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted software development tools.
- Familiarity with AI-powered engineering practices and development productivity frameworks.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.




- Experience working in Agile Scrum development environments.
- Solid debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
- Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalability best practices.
