Recruit, train, and manage Life Insurance Advisors/Agents
Drive sales and achieve business targets
Lead, motivate, and mentor the team for consistent performance
Ensure high-quality customer service and suitable insurance solutions
Monitor advisor productivity and performance regularly
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel / Variable Agency Channel (mandatory).
Solid leadership and people management skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent communication and networking abilities.
