Senior Manufacturing Engineer: Sets up and improves the factory, machines and manufacturing process.( Mechanical/Production + 510 yrs + Equipment Installation/Commissioning + Plant/Production Line + Automation)

We need people who have experience

- plastic / polymer engineer
- working in plastic processing companies like Supreme
- worked with equipment like compression molding, injection molding, extrusion
- project setup / factory operation experience

Location : Kolkata

Polymer engineer

Chemical engineer/Material science/Mechanical engineer ( ANY OF THE DEGREE)
- Location: Kolkata.
- Experience: Typically 5–10 years.
- Main responsibility is to help set up a current manufacturing plant.
- Candidate should have experience in industrial equipment selection, installation and commissioning.
- Will prepare equipment specifications and RFQs and evaluate suppliers.
- Will work on plant layout and manufacturing processes.
- Should understand presses, hydraulics,



pneumatics, automation and material handling.
- Will work with robots, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, VFDs and automation systems.
- Must be comfortable working directly on the factory floor during installation, troubleshooting and startup.
- Strong project management, safety, problem-solving and communication skills are required.

1. Develop equipment specifications and RFQs.
2. Select and evaluate machines and suppliers.
3. Support equipment installation and commissioning.
4. Conduct FAT and SAT testing.
5. Create plant layouts and process flows.
6. Work on automation and robotic systems.
7. Ensure machine and workplace safety.
8. Troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment issues.
9. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and teams.
10. Prepare project reports and support production startup.
