About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Executive who can independently manage marketing activities, client communication, lead generation, and business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a valuable understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify potential clients through various online and offline channels.
- Handle client calls, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads through different platforms.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Prepare marketing reports and maintain lead/client databases.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Support the development of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.




- Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets.

Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent client handling and negotiation skills.
- Robust lead generation and follow-up abilities.
- Good knowledge of marketing and business development.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Online Lead Generation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Eligibility
- MBA in Marketing / Business Administration is mandatory.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
- Candidates with experience in B2B marketing/client acquisition will be preferred.
