Reports To: VP – CaaS

Team Managed: Minimum 10 direct reports; oversight of city teams and zonal managers across regions.

About the Role The Senior Manager – Warehouse Execution owns the on-ground delivery of CaaS nationally — ensuring thermal panels are filled, quality-compliant, and dispatched on time out of every warehouse and freezing station. This is an execution-first role: keeping infrastructure, manpower, and partner resources ready so that city and zonal teams can deliver consistently, day in and day out. The role works in close partnership with the Program Manager (S&OP;), who supplies the data and planning that this role executes against.

Key Responsibilities

- Own thermal panel fill rate across all warehouses and freezing stations, ensuring panels are charged and ready to meet daily requirements
- Own panel quality standards — temperature compliance and cleanliness — at every stage of handling and storage
- Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery of frozen thermal panels to all customer and city touchpoints
- Ensure warehouse infrastructure readiness — power availability, manpower deployment, and material handling equipment at every site
- Manage availability and performance of 3PL/transport partners supporting warehouse and delivery operations
- Monitor and streamline the performance of city teams and zonal managers across all regions
- Standardise SOPs across sites and drive consistent execution discipline nationally
- Act as the first escalation point for on-ground execution issues — equipment failures, delivery delays, quality breaches
- Work closely with the Program Manager (S&OP;) to execute against logistics, inventory, and infrastructure plans
- Report execution performance and on-ground issues to the VP – CaaS

Requirements

- 8–10 years of experience in warehouse, cold chain,



or logistics operations
- Proven experience managing a team of at least 10 people directly
- Experience overseeing multi-site or multi-city execution, ideally pan-India
- Strong hands-on, ground-execution orientation with the ability to resolve issues quickly
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru
