About the Role: As a Senior Manager, you will lead multiple Structured Finance operations teams supporting Morningstar DBRS analytical products across ABS, RMBS, CMBS,



and Cashflow Modeling. The role will manage a team of 30+ analysts and people leaders, ensuring high-quality analytical support, disciplined execution, strong governance, and scalable delivery across global structured finance workflows.

You will partner closely with global analytical teams and Mumbai Credit Operations leadership to drive process transitions, automation, operational excellence, talent development, hiring, retention, and strategic initiatives that strengthen the Structured Finance operating model.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple Structured Finance teams comprising 30+ analysts across ABS, RMBS, CMBS, and Cashflow Modeling, ensuring consistent delivery quality, productivity, and stakeholder alignment.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across structured finance workflows, including surveillance support, recent issuance support, data analysis, model execution, cashflow review, and analytical process support.
- Design clear OKRs for teams in consultation with local and global leadership, ensuring alignment with business priorities and meaningful translation into team-level performance goals.
- Partner with global analytical teams to define priorities, address delivery risks, resolve operational hurdles, and ensure Credit Operations support meets expected quality and turnaround standards.
- Drive resource planning, cost discipline, hiring, capacity management, workload allocation, and succession planning to support scalable business growth.
- Support process transitions, new-product onboarding, workflow standardization, automation, and technology-led innovation, including the practical adoption of AI tools where appropriate.
- Maintain a strong governance and reporting framework with global stakeholders, including disciplined escalation, risk tracking,



metric reviews, and transparent communication routines.
- Ensure strict adherence to applicable regulatory, compliance, information security, and business-specific requirements across regions and asset classes.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, analytical rigor, inclusion, and professional development.
- Actively drive talent development, career progression, coaching, engagement, and retention initiatives in consultation with global managers and India leadership.

Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; CFA charter holder or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including leadership of large analytical, financial services, credit operations, captive center, or global capability teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing large teams of 30+ employees, including managers or team leads, with strong capability in hiring, coaching, performance management, and retention.
- Strong understanding of Structured Finance asset classes such as ABS, RMBS, CMBS, and related analytical workflows; exposure to cashflow modeling is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of global credit ratings, financial services markets, structured finance products, and the regulatory environment would be an advantage.
- Experience working in global, multicultural, and matrixed organizations with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across geographies.
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, operational governance, and execution skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated leader with strong judgment, mindset of ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex operational and analytical matters clearly to senior audiences.
- Technical understanding of cashflow modeling tools, Python, Intex, automation platforms, and AI-enabled productivity tools would be a plus.
