Position: Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead hiring across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in high-volume telecom hiring, along with a good understanding of the telecom ecosystem, talent availability, and network/field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition across multiple locations.
- Drive high-volume hiring across technical, field, network, operational, managerial, and leadership roles.
- Plan and execute manpower requirements in line with business and project needs.
- Manage and mentor a team of 5–6 recruiters, ensuring recruitment targets, productivity, quality, and TAT are met.
- Develop location-specific sourcing strategies based on the telecom ecosystem and local talent availability.
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring telecom requirements.
- Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Monitor recruitment MIS,



hiring metrics, TAT, productivity, source effectiveness, and recruitment costs.
- Drive cost-effective and scalable recruitment strategies.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, policies, and compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

- 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably within Telecom, Telecom Infrastructure, Managed Services, Network Operations, or related industries.
- Strong experience in high-volume telecom hiring.
- Experience hiring across technical, field, operational, managerial, and leadership positions.
- Prior experience managing a team of 5–6 recruiters.
- Positive understanding of the telecom ecosystem, network/field operations, and talent markets.
- Experience handling multi-location recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of manpower planning, recruitment MIS, compliance, and cost-effective hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and recruitment delivery skills.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
