The Senior Manager – Sales Operations & Performance will lead offshore sales operations in India supporting a US-based luxury wellness resort. This role manages a large team of Sales Managers (manager-of-managers) across India and the US (as required), who in turn oversee frontline sales teams aligned to specific business areas and revenue targets.

Organizational Scope

- Direct Reports: 20+ Sales Managers (India & US)
- Indirect Oversight: Large, multi-layered sales teams

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and hold Sales Managers accountable for revenue outcomes and execution quality.
- Define and enforce SMART goals, performance standards, and productivity metrics.
- Ensure consistent execution of sales processes, SOPs, and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor pipeline health, conversions, and team productivity; address performance gaps.
- Act as the primary India-based partner for US Sales Managers and resort leadership.
- Own consolidated reporting, dashboards, and performance reviews.
- Build leadership depth, support hiring and onboarding, and ensure scalability for future growth.

Qualifications & Experience

- 10+ years in sales operations, BPO sales leadership,



or revenue-driven roles.
- 5–7+ years managing managers in a multi-layered sales organization.
- Proven experience driving revenue accountability and performance metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work consistently in US business hours.

Preferred:

- Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, serviced residences, or premium brands.
- Alternatively, experience in pharma, BFSI, or high-ticket sales environments ($500+).
- Exposure to US-based or global sales teams and strong CRM / analytics proficiency.
