Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced, highly collaborative, and strategic PR & Corporate Communications professional to drive our overall narrative, brand reputation, and communication initiatives. Reporting to the VP - Corp Comm, you will play a pivotal role in designing cross-channel communication strategies, managing high-stakes crisis scenarios, and strengthening our online and offline presence.

This role demands a balance of high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution, working closely with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communications & PR: Design and execute internal and external communication strategies that build brand equity, trust, and market visibility across key media channels.

Collaborative Stakeholder Alignment: Work in close partnership with operations, marketing, and executive leadership teams to align messaging with company milestones, recent launches, and business objectives.

Crisis Communication & Issues Management: Proactively identify reputation risks, construct crisis response frameworks, and collaborate under pressure with leadership to handle real-time issues with agility and poise.

Online Reputation Management (ORM): Oversee digital reputation strategies,



monitoring public sentiment across digital touchpoints and collaborating with the social/digital teams to address feedback effectively.

Content Strategy & Development: Craft compelling corporate narratives, executive speeches, press releases, thought leadership articles, and internal announcements.

Event & Media Relations Management: Drive external visibility through industry conferences, media briefings, roundtables, and key public events. Lead and mentor PR agency partners to ensure maximum ROI and story placement.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 810 years of proven track record in PR, Corporate Communications, and Media Relations (in-house or agency).

Domain Knowledge: Demonstrable experience in Crisis Management, Content Creation, ORM, and Corporate Events.

Sector Background: Broad industry experience is welcome. Prior exposure to Healthcare, Med Tech, Health Tech, or Pharma is advantageous but not mandatory.

Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrated capability to work seamlessly across matrixed teams, foster cross-functional synergy, and build lasting relationship networks internally and externally.

Execution Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
