- Grows involvement as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new opportunities and retaining and expanding existing internal customer relationships
- Monitors and enhances supplier performance in all assigned relationships
- Responsible for leading teams including Procurement, Contract Analysts and Business Line representatives
- Coordinates multiple business line participation on shared projects
- Identifies opportunities and develops new internal customer relationships
- Provides procurement advice to customers
- Incorporates appropriate procurement processes and services to internal customers
- Identifies and successfully capitalizes on interdepartmental contract leverage opportunities

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience in procurement contract activities

- Extensive knowledge of purchasing, procurement, and contract negotiation and administration
- Knowledge of Procurement leading practices
- Robust relationship management and business development abilities
- Well developed analytical and problem solving skills
