Minimum Qualification (i.e education, training etc.) Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering (B.E / B. Tech)/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Engineering/ Plumbing

Minimum Experience 10-12 years of experience in engineering works in retail/malls , Hotels and Office building industry with at least 4 years of experience in the area of in office experience

Special Skills/Attributes (required for performing the job effectively)

- Sound Knowledge of installation, maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting equipment�s and systems
- Knowledge of establishing load calculations, estimates on cost, materials, specifications, vendor drawings.
- Knowledge of safety norms/ rules and statuary regulations
- Knowledge on Operations / Maintenance. (OEM), FLS etc.

Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job Manages the execution of all MEP/ Services activities at the project site including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, IBMS in coordination with the various contractors, consultants and internal teams. Key Responsibilities (List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives)

- Participate in the kick-off meeting led by GM-MEP,



with all the MEP/Services contractors to explain all the project details and thus mobilize the contractors.
- Undertake review, finalization of shop drawings in coordination with MEP/Services consultants and Project Architect.
- Ensure that the materials are checked by the QC/QA and QS teams for the quality and quantity respectively.
- Conduct weekly discussions with the MEP/Services contractors to discuss non-adherence to schedules and thus monitor progress on the project through daily inspections
- Monitor whether the MEP/Services team checks every area such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting equipment installations and fittings on a daily basis
- Manage / Audit of MEP system, complete testing of all equipments and service across all areas of project-site
- Undertake the execution of back-end MEP activities such as drainage, water supply, pumps, etc
- Develop and maintain the check list for MEP/ Services along with the Planning team.
- Maintain the daily progress reports prepared/compiled by the Engineer for all the MEP/ Services activities across various areas
- Manage conduct of audit by an external agency of all MEP facilities before the operations start in order to identify and resolve snags.
- Understanding of Infrastructural services / Installation to support on upgrades of existing Malls and all centers.
- Support to centers technical team in providing solutions and technical reviews, cost saving measures , Budgetary prices etc.
