About Company:Its is a leading [Logistics / 3PL ] company based in Delhi NCR. We manage Pan-India logistics...Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Manager to lead our entire logistics operations, 3PL partnerships, warehousing and last-mile delivery.

You will be responsible for cost optimization, operational excellence and team leadership.Key

Responsibilities:

- Operations & 3PL Management:Manage end-to-end operations:
- First-mile, Warehousing, Transportation, Last-mile Manage 3PL partners, transporters, courier partners - performance, SLA, cost Rate negotiation with vendors and freight forwarders Ensure 99%+ on-time delivery (OTD) and reduce RTO2.
- Supply Chain & Warehouse:Oversee warehouse operations: Inbound, Outbound, Inventory accuracy, WMS Design SOP's for warehouse and distribution Plan inventory - demand forecasting and stock optimization Implement warehouse layout optimization.




- Cost & P&L;:Own P&L; for logistics operations Reduce cost per shipment by 10-15%Track KPIs: Cost per order, Transit time, Delivery attempt %, RTO %.
- Team Leadership
- Lead team of 10-15 members - AM, Executives, Warehouse Incharge Training and performance review Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Customer Support, Finance5. Tech & Process:Work on TMS, WMS, OMS implementation Data analysis - MIS reports, Dashboard creation in Excel / Power BIE - way bill, GST compliance, documentation for PAN India movement Required Skills:Strong experience in 3PL, Cold Chain Logistics,FMCG, or Courier industry Expert in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, HLOOKUP), MIS.
- Data Analysis
- Knowledge of Ship-rocket, Click-Post, Far-eye, SAP, Tally preferred Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Leadership & problem-solving mindset Preferred:Experience in handling North India operations from Delhi NCR Experience in setting up current warehouse / hub.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System), TMS (Transportation Management System), and SAP or ERP software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, and negotiation abilities
